If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please call us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we’ll return the next day to re-clean your property at no charge. We want to make things right! This is our no-hassle guarantee.

Please keep in mind though that we cannot guarantee our service when working in areas that have tall grass or weeds, or when there are excessive amounts of leaves, trash, mud, or Monsoon rain. We also cannot guarantee our service when waste is cleaned from between rocks in dog runs. But even in these cases, we will always do our absolute best to get every piece of waste. After all, we want your property to be clean and we want you to be happy!

Refund Policy
Poo Guys works on a pre-paid basis. That is, our customers are required to pay for the service we provide up-front and we ask that no one carries a balance. This allows us to give you the best possible rates. If for some reason, you must cancel your service after pre-paying for several weeks, we will gladly refund the unused credits that you have remaining. We will either refund the remaining amount back to your credit card. Or if you paid by cheque, cash, e-Transfer or Interac Online, we’ll have a cheque for the appropriate amount in the mail to you within five business days of receiving your cancellation.

What happens during really bad weather?
Sometimes weather just doesn’t cooperate allowing us to do a good job of proper waste removal. In that case, we will do our very best to let you know ahead of time that we will not be able to provide service that week. You will not be charged for the skipped week and service will resume the following week as scheduled.

In the Winter and Summer, the rain can really “dampen” our ability to pick up poop. Trust me, give it a try sometime!
